In the next scene, Minthe confesses that she is with Hades and wants to end her relationship with Thanatos. Therefore, she must remain focused on the new choices she is making in life. Thanatos, on the other hand, tries to protect her by concealing the fact that he saw a private moment between Hades and Persephone. Otherwise, in his words, she may think he is jealous. Even after these personal changes, Minthe and Thanatos hold some grudges against Persephone. Lore Olympus Chapter 60 ends with their feeling that she needs to be monitored.

Abruptly, Minthe enters, saying that she made a reservation on their beloved joint and proposes to dine at his house.
While perfecting her shooting skills, Artemis thinks about her earlier conversation with Persephone. She regrets being rude to her and not giving her a chance to explain herself. Persephone comes home only to be greeted by her friend with an apology cake. Artemis apologized to her, making it clear that she intended to help with damage control. Because Hestia seemed to be causing trouble for her, she admits that she had some assumptions and, therefore, did not hear what was said. Lore Olympus Chapter 61 ends with Persephone spilling out a confession that she had been holding back: she confesses to Artemis that she has a crush on Hades.
Lore Olympus Chapter 62: The Past
Lore Olympus Chapter 62 starts with a time shift to Artemis in the meeting with the Goddesses of Eternal Maidenhood, Hestia. She reads the practical uselessness of any further meeting proceedings in Athena’s absence. Hestia rather aptly calms her down, indicating the importance of their meeting – Persephone’s membership.
The scene transitions to the human world, and a young Persephone confronts Demeter, asking to be allowed to go sightseeing in the woods. She allows her to do so but ensures that a flower nymph accompanies her. Since Persephone craves freedom, she refuses this condition grudgingly. This angers Demeter so much that she practically shouts: either go with the nymphs or don’t go anywhere.
In the Eternal Maidenhood, Hestia is pleased to inform and present a scholarship to the Kore about the opportunity to become one of them. Persephone is over the moon with the prospect of going to school. Demeter, on the other hand, wishes to have Kore schooled at home. In Lore Olympus Chapter 64, Persephone is trying to find words to describe her feelings towards Hades. She chooses to confide in Artemis about how she wishes she had been more clear about these emotions. Artemis convinces her to explain why she views Hades as a handsome man. Persephone fondly adds that his cute dimples appear when he smiles, thus keeping the tone light. Artemis quips what Demeter would say if she found out what shall not be told to her.
The discussion shifts to Persephone’s scholarship, where she reassures Artemis that she won’t act on her feelings. Artemis reveals she’s never experienced similar emotions. Out of the blue, Eros comes rushing into their house as he recognizes an elusive ‘admission of a crush,’ and one cannot help rushing in.
Eros’s playful energy contrasts with Persephone’s inner turmoil as she confesses her desire to suppress her feelings for Hades, recognizing them as a fantasy. She reflects on how Hades makes her feel respected, describing his scent as “like a forest fire in winter.” The metaphor sums up her contradictory feelings as well as self-reflection, causing her to feel doubtful. Lore Olympus Chapter 64 ends with Persephone grappling with her feelings.
Chapter 65: The Conversation
Lore Olympus Chapter 65 opens with Artemis, furious after learning about recent events. She storms off to key Hades and his brother’s cars, leaving Persephone and Eros behind. She describes that being surrounded by them working together upsets her.
Eros tells her that he does not think it is all in her mind. He suggests that she might need some encouragement and seizes the chance to explain why he did that prank. His mother, Aphrodite, wanted to show off her status as the true goddess, and he embarrassed her at the party.
Persephone recalls Hades trying to tell her something similar before. But at the time, she dismissed his words, thinking he was trying to comfort her. Others have noticed her worth all along despite her self-doubt.
To make matters even more serious, Eros inquires her about her status where the “TGOEM” (The Goddesses of Eternal Maidenhood) category is concerned. He reminds her that a prerequisite for membership is being a virgin, and the last time they spoke, she was, but something has changed. He asks what happened, leaving Lore Olympus Chapter 65 on a cliffhanger.

She justifies this by saying, “It was okay,” but Eros corrects her, emphasizing consent and reassuring her that Apollo is at fault.
Moving to Eros’s house helps Persephone to deal with the depressive memories in a safe place. She acknowledges that she can hardly even recall anything of that night. Leading to a conversation about how her brain protects her by storing traumatic memories until she’s ready to confront them.
Persephone questions her purpose and connection to the Goddesses of Eternal Maidenhood. Upon requesting Eros not to tell anyone anything, Eros feels a strong sense of fear and is unwilling to speak. Despite his desire for revenge, Eros encourages Persephone to seek therapy.
Chapter 67: Persephone In Aphrodite’s House
Lore Olympus Chapter 67 opens on a light note, with Persephone receiving a text from Hades thanking her for the delicious baklava she made. This sweet exchange hints at their growing intimacy and reinforces their warm connection.

Eros soon enters, playfully urging the girl to leave her alone and join the family for breakfast. He is a natural as a big brother, guiding all the ruckus of a big house. Seven kids – younger siblings of Eros – welcome her as she walks into the kitchen. They are named after Greek words for love: Mania, Pragma, Philautia, Ludus, Philia, Storge, and Agape.
