Osora is certainly at a very fascinating stage. While the Sergos are plotting to use Osora against his own kingdom and humanity, the conflicting love in the Calaveras kingdom is on a whole other level. On one hand, Celia realizes she has feelings for Catalina; on the other hand, Prince Osora is having a hard time keeping his feelings for Arias to himself. And in Osora Chapter 74, Arias makes it clear that he isn’t ready to share his beloved.
Osora Chapter 74: The Prince Meets Elijah
Osora Chapter 74 begins with King Antonio announcing Arias as Osora’s personal bodyguard. He praises him for his loyalty, strength, and bravery. And he reminds his people, there hasn’t been any Sergos attack in two months, but that doesn’t mean the storm has passed away. It might mean they are waiting for Calaveras to get comfortable with this peace, so they attack stronger this time. So, our military needs to stay prepared for any upcoming danger. Meanwhile, the new guy from the previous episode is drooling over Arias. The other guards say he isn’t an ordinary guard; he is close to the royals and even dines with them most of the time.
Seeing Catalina whisper into Osora’s ear, and the latter smiling, Arias feels a pang of jealousy and wonders when he has been smiling with her. In the meantime, the prince is in an alert mode, wondering if someone is again in this room, watching over him.
In the next scene, Osora kicks Arias and asks him to change immediately from the guard clothes to his normal clothes since he isn’t just his guard, he is his friend as well. The new guy, Elijah, appears, and Arias introduces him to Osora in an informal manner. He asks how he is liking being a guard. Elijah, with a blush on his cheeks, replies, “It’s great so far! The food is good, and we get our own rooms!” Osora realizes, Elijah is practically drooling over Osora, so he decides to walk away. (Jealous much!)
Prince Osora’s Child-Like Joy | Arias’s Jealousy
In the royal garden, Osora is sad to see the plant still not at the pink of its health. Arias asks what’s going on, and he lets him know that he tried to save this one. Suddenly, he sees that, although the burnt leaves are still there, new lush green ones are growing underneath. He grabs Arias in ecstasy, “Arias, look! There’s new leaves growing.” Seeing him smile like his childhood self, Arias thinks to himself, “To see you smile like this more…I would commit any immoral act in this world…I would die for it.” (Calm down, lover boy, this affection for your beloved might bring a storm in December!)
Wanting to see Osora’s excitement and kid-like smile, Arias asks why he saved this plant. The prince begins to talk about the rescued plant. He researched the plant, and since it was directly exposed to sunlight, it got burned. So, he replanted it under a bigger plant. Seeing Princess Catalina arriving, Arias’s jealousy from before escalated, and he did something unexpected. He kneels in front of Osora, “Look at you, turning into a gardener.” Unaware of what’s going on, the prince asks what Arias is doing. He simply says Osora has dirt on his face and gestures to hold his face in a way, the princess will think they are sharing a kiss. Osora Chapter 74 ends with Arias teasing Osora if he has a crush on him, while Catalina stands afar, shocked and speechless.
