Hades and Persephone’s First Meeting in Lore Olympus Webtoon
The story starts with Hades trying to convince Minthe, a nymph, to come with him to his brother’s party, but she refuses. Hades is disappointed as he proposes to her after the party. In the end, he attends the party alone. However, his eyes land on the gorgeous Persephone, who just moved to Olympus for her college.
Hades can’t help but be mesmerized with her. But he rejects himself, thinking that there is no way someone as pretty as her would like him. Aphrodite plays a prank and Puts a drunken Persephone in Hades’ car with the help of her son, Eros. As Hades commented, Persephone puts Aphrodite to shame in respect of beauty, and Aphrodite becomes mad. When Hades reaches home, he finds Persephone there in his car.
Being the Gentleman, he puts her to sleep in his bed. They become a little friendly when she wakes up and even flirts with each other. Later, while leaving Hades’ house, a reporter clicks on their photos and publishes them. Persephone is allowed to study away from home because of Artemis, who is living with her. On seeing Persephone’s picture in the Newspaper with Hades, Artemis forbids her from meeting him.

The Tragedy of Persephone in Lore Olympus Season 1
Then Artemis’s brother, Apollo on seeing her becomes attracted to her and tries to become extra friendly with her while badmouthing Hades. He forces Persephone to sleep with her and when she denies it, he manipulates her into thinking this is what she wants. He rapes her and clicks her inappropriate pictures without her permission.
Persephone becomes very depressed afterward as she can’t even share with her friends so as not to worry them. Later, she overcomes it with the help of her new friends Eros and Hades. She starts taking her life seriously while crushing on Hades. They meet a few times afterward and become close.

However, Hades is still in a complicated relationship with Minthe and decides to give her an extra chance as he thinks Persephone is too good for him. Then, Hera finds a clue about Apollo’s behavior towards Persephone and gives her a recommendation for an internship in the Underworld after realizing Persephone’s feelings for Hades.
Hence, Persephone and Hades become very close to each other. As a result, Minthe becomes insecure because of Persephone. She starts bullying Persephone because of her jealousy. Later, she starts shutting Hades while hooking up with Thanatos. Her relationship becomes worse because of Thetis, who is jealous of her.
Thetis is having an affair with Zeus but can’t become his wife because of Hera. She eventually sends Inappropriate pictures of Zeus to Hera with an unknown number. It sours their marriage. Finally, Hades breaks up with Minthe.

Unfortunately, Apollo starts harassing Persephone when she refuses to talk to him. He does this by realizing that Persephone may be a fertility goddess and may become a key point in overthrowing his father, Zeus, from the throne. Apollo then starts dating Daphne, a beautiful nymph to make Persephone jealous.
However, Persephone tries to warn Apollo to leave Daphne as he is not good enough for her, and if needed, she’ll tell her and Artemis about how he raped Persephone. In exchange, Apollo threatens her that he’ll upload her inappropriate pictures online in case she tries to do it.
Later, Hades finds out about his first meeting with Persephone, which he did not know about. In a drunken state, he marched onto Demeter’s land, and a curious Persephone tried to peek at him. They end up meeting each other but Demeter takes him away and makes him believe it did not happen.

At the end of Season 1, it was shown that when Persephone was young and had many restrictions from her mother, she tried sneaking out as a rebellion. Later, when she sees humans killing her sisters and the flower nymphs while cutting down trees – Persephone loses her temper. Her eyes became red, and her size grew magnificent. She ended up destroying a whole village and killing countless people. Later, she tried sneaking into the dead land to find a way to revive those people she killed.
