Duo Leveling Chapter 1: World of Duo
Duo Leveling Chapter 1 begins with a helpless Duo thanking Lily and Zari for meeting on such short notice. Both these #1 rankers have cleared 3621 portals. As Duo started talking, he went on to praise his tireless workload and how competent he is. So, he has checked every traffic camera footage in search of some clue, and apparently, there is one cloaked figure at every location. “The quality wasn’t good enough to see their face, but whoever this is is definitely tampering! If only I could get a better look.”
Suddenly, Zari points towards Duo and says, “You mean the figure behind you who just hopped out of a portal?” Duo quickly looks behind and says yeah just like that. WHAT THE HELL! With crazy red eyes, giving a glimpse of his proud smirk, the cloaked figure turns around to leave using the same portal. Hurriedly, Duo throws the tablet from his hand and goes through the portal. Zari attempts to follow Duo, but Lily stops her.
Lily And Zari to the Rescue
Lily tries to talk sense, “Zari, wait. Is this really a good idea? We aren’t equipped to take on a portal like this. We came here in civilian clothes, for crying out loud! Let’s let Duo handle it for now and come back with gear and backup.” But Zari is not someone who can see a friend in trouble. She panics because they are running out of time, and the portal is getting smaller. “I can’t leave Duo in there alone, especially not when that cloaked figure could be the key to getting rid of the portals for good.”
Alas, Lily has no other way but to follow her friend Zari. She quickly picks up a pen and writes, We jumped into a creepy portal to save the world. Feed my dog if I’m not back by 3. AND send backup. Duo Leveling Chapter 1 ends on this suspenseful note, leaving the readers wondering what will happen to our beloved characters.
