My Lucky Strike continues to blend slice-of-life realism with charming character moments as Siru navigates college chaos, financial stress, and growing emotional ties. In My Lucky Strike Chapter 57-58, expect some laughs of misunderstanding, heart-touching brother sister moments. And more embarrassing scenes with Cheong. Her little brother comes to her unexpected rescue (at a fee, of course!). Jiho and Cheong continue to circle her life as Siru’s world only gets more tangled—and funnier. Here, emotional vulnerability meets quirky everyday life most delightfully.
My Lucky Strike Chapter 57: Upperclassman Crushes And Sneaky Fridge Raids

My Lucky Strike Chapter 57 begins with Cheong and Gukhwa enjoying some late-night ice cream when they spot Siru stepping out of a car. They are curious, wondering who brought her there. Siru casually says it was an alum from their department. Without skipping a beat, Cheong asks, “Was it Jiho Go?” When Siru agrees, he asks a follow-up question, asking if they are both close to each other.
Caught off guard, Siru stammers and stumbles to reply. It was about the design competition. She is, after all, too ashamed to reveal the financial reasons for her meeting with Jiho. However, Gukhwa remembers Jiho as an outstanding senior in their freshman year. He leans toward Cheong and slyly whispers, saying she is again into another upperclassman. He says, “She’s got a type.” Siru, who hears some whispers, runs around chasing Gukhwa, trying to shut him up.
The next day, Siru’s younger brother comes home to find her sneaking food from the fridge. When he questions her, she blurts out nervously, ashamed, “Ugh, Cause I’m broke!” In classic chill style, Gyeongdan proposes to loan her all the money he had saved from allowances and holiday gifts. But there is one condition. Siru is moved by his proposal and is shocked by seeing her younger brother doing better than her. When she asks about the condition, he merely responds, “It won’t be that hard… At least, I don’t think so.”
My Lucky Strike Chapter 57 ends with a mix of sibling bonding and mystery, as Siru’s financial struggle and Jiho’s rising presence continue to stir new feelings and questions.

My Lucky Strike Chapter 58: Tensions, Secrets, And SOS Calls

My Lucky Strike Chapter 58 begins with Siru asking her little brother about the conditions for lending her money. He looks determined and says, not without dropping a bomb. “I want you and me, Cheong, to go to Raccoon World.” He says it should be on a weekday between 9 AM and 4 PM in the afternoon. Siru sighs with relief and promises to ask Cheong. Right, at that moment, the elevator dings. Jabin is home! Siru and her brother are petrified. Jabin comes in to find Gyeongdan suspiciously standing in the way of the door. He snaps and says, “Mind your business“. She asks if he has done something wrong and leaves to go to the shower.
Once Jabin’s occupied, Siru slips out from the door Gyeongdan kept shut. He gives her some food to carry. Over the phone, she kindly reminds her brother that he should not run around giving people money. She will sort things out as an adult. Hurt Gyeongdan says, “I was only trying to help, but you did not take it.” Siru runs into Mr. Hwang on her way out, and he casually gives her an envelope and smiles. She feels a sudden warmth—so this is what having a dad might feel like.

In the meantime, Jabin sees two plates on the wash basin and sighs because she realizes that Siru has been there. Later in work, Jabin is stressed, unable to keep up with too much work and too little help from the newbie she hired. Overwhelmed and stressed, Jabin mutters and says, “I knew it would be rough without Siru.”
Siru, later on, gets the courage to request Cheong to visit Raccoon World-her little brother’s earnest request. Before they can discuss further, Gukhwa barges in, panicked, and says, “I have got a problem. Guys, I need some help. Right now!!”
My Lucky Strike Chapter 58 ends with Siru caught between sibling promises, Cheong’s quiet support, and a looming mystery from Gukhwa’s urgent call.
What Happened So Far?
My Lucky Strike is the story of a college girl, Gong Siru, who is uncertain about her future. She has complex relationships and unexpected emotional tangles. Upon a rough break-up with the socially popular but emotionally unavailable Gibaek, Siru gets drawn to Hwang Cheong, her reserved and mysterious classmate, who is much more than he seems.
In between classes, design projects, and family drama, Siru also learns about Cheong and his affluent family. As well as the cold and calculating Mijeol, Cheong’s sister. The connection between Siru and Cheong grows when they stay at the same hotel, talk about their feelings, and even have silly moments (such as Cheong giving her his shirt and sunglasses as they walk in the middle of the night).
Meanwhile, the webtoon is now spiced up with a potential love triangle as Jiho Go, a handsome TA and a low-key influential guy, enters the scene and develops an interest in Siru. Gibaek, Siru’s ex, doesn’t handle her closeness with Cheong well and causes a very public breakup scene, giving Siru the campus nickname “Garbage Truck.” As she goes through the ups and downs of life, Siru relies on her younger brother Gyeongdan, who turns into both a supportive sibling and a mischief-maker. As Siru steps into adulthood, her life grows more chaotic, but her emotional clarity also sharpens, with Cheong quietly supporting her from the sidelines. And now, at full speed, with friendships, internships, money problems, and love triangles, Siru’s story is only just heating up.
