ToggleYour Throne Chapter 135: Fake Death
Your Throne Chapter 135 opens with Medea commanding her guards to eliminate their enemies, and chaos erupts as a brutal fight ensues. Helio is shocked by the gruesome violence and struggles to understand Medea’s calm demeanor amidst it all. Sensing his confusion, she asks if he has questions. Surprisingly, Helio only mentions her choice to carry a parasol at night, which makes her chuckle and annoys him further. She soon reassures him, stating they are sure to win, and explains that she brought the parasol to avoid getting blood on herself.
Despite her oddities, Helio feels a growing comfort around her. Suddenly, he spots an assassin lunging toward Medea. As he steps in to protect her, she pushes him aside and swiftly stabs the attacker with her parasol. Your Throne Chapter 135 shifts to the present, where he smiles, reminiscing about how she saved him and how he witnessed her first kill.
Returning to the past, Medea helps Helio to stand and checks on him. She quickly fabricates a story about his death, claiming he fell off a cliff, and offers him a room in her manor. Though hesitant to stay with the Solons, Helio receives permission from Thesion Solon. Just before Medea retreats to her room, Helio unexpectedly grabs her hand, feeling embarrassed by his boldness. Medea, surprised but pleased, tells him she’s glad to see him acting like a child again. She comforts him and wishes him goodnight, stirring memories of how his mother used to do the same. Overcome with emotion, Helio cries for the first time since losing his loved ones, allowing his grief to flow freely, concluding Your Throne Chapter 135.
Chapter 136: Revenge
Your Throne Chapter 136 begins with Dekis announcing that Helio Niccolo has become the property of the Solons and congratulating Medea. It’s revealed that the rescue was a ruse. Thesion sought to gain the power of the marquess’s family —a plan to create a loyal ally. Meanwhile, news of Helio’s disappearance spreads throughout the empire. His uncle, Dolce Niccolo, has taken over as the head of the family during this time, spreading false information about an attack at their manor that led to Helio’s vanishing. As Medea shares the current situation, Helio interrupts her to express his gratitude for contacting Sana on his behalf. He admires Medea, unaware that her intentions serve her own interests.
Warning Helio, Medea urges him to seize the opportunity to grow stronger. She asks him to be her exclusive sword, and he hesitates. In the next scene, she begins teaching him swordplay, quickly realizing he has exceptional talent. However, after training, Helio hesitates, realizing this path is not what his parents envisioned for him as a knight.
Medea charges at him, insisting he must cast aside ethics; he will not be a knight but a weapon to defeat his uncle. Upset by her words, Helio struggles with the idea of attacking her, as she represents his first love. He ultimately drops his sword, deciding to stop training altogether. Three days pass, and Medea grows concerned seeing Helio isolated in his room. Meanwhile, in a malicious act, Dolce visits the meadow gifted to Helio by his parents and sets it ablaze, testing to see if Helio is still alive. Your Throne Chapter 136 concludes with Helio staring at the burning meadow with Medea, his face devoid of emotion as he vows to become a sword for Medea.

After that day, Helio takes his training seriously, dedicating himself to perfecting his swordplay. Medea is pleased to see his progress as he trains diligently. A year passes, during which Helio learns a great deal about the Solons and the world.
In the next scene, Medea updates Helio on the current situation of the Niccolo house. She reveals that the Niccolo family is deeply in debt, and Dolce is unfit to lead. She advises Helio to act quickly, as he will need loyal followers and funds to rise to power. Medea tasks him with finding a knight and urges him to move fast. Despite this, Helio appreciates the exceptional person aiding him.
In the final scene, a family complains about their financial struggles and curses Dolce Niccolo for enforcing high taxes. Just then, a stranger arrives at their home, cloaked from head to toe, offering to buy all their wheat at double the market price. Helio plans to purchase wheat from areas ready for harvest and distribute it to the largest barren land. He reveals his true identity to some potential allies, while Sana assists him by impersonating ‘Lux.’
Medea discreetly delivers a handwritten letter from Helio to a vassal of Niccolo, accompanied by a gold coin. The vassal, a former butler of the previous marquess, is initially skeptical about the coin. He soon learns of his son’s betrayal, as the son had allied with Dolce Niccolo. Enraged, the vassal disowns his son and kills him, bringing the head to Helio as a testament of loyalty, which Helio accepts.
Meanwhile, Dolce learns of his butler’s death and discovers that he has been embezzling assets. His fury grows upon hearing that several extended families are forming alliances to resist him. He suddenly recalls the figure known as Lux, who has been aiding the people, and realizes that ‘Lux’ means Light. Helio’s butler expresses skepticism about Medea overhearing their family conversations, but Helio dismisses his concerns, believing Medea to be more trustworthy. Meanwhile, Dolce has sent people to gather information about the masked man, resorting to violence to extract answers. However, the locals refuse to reveal Lux’s true identity. Frustrated by the lack of information, Dolce suspects Helio is behind the mask and is plotting to usurp his title. He begins to devise a plan in response.
In the next scene, Sana, disguised as Lux, meets with Helio. They engage in light banter, but Sana expresses his unease about the dangerous work. Despite his troubles, he continues to help Helio out of love, hoping for an end to it all.
