My Lucky Strike is a heart-touching webtoon that blends slice-of-life, school-life struggles, and a teen romance that is developing between the lives of three teenagers- Siru, Cheong, and Jiho. As the trio navigate high school and a crucial design project, emotions begin to emerge, friendships begin to change, and jealousy quietly brews. In My Lucky Strike Chapter 61, what begins as a fun day out at the ice-skating rink turns into an emotionally tense outing. Siru attempts to cheer up everyone, while Jiho makes a dramatic move, with Cheong’s awkwardness might just be covering something deeper.
My Lucky Strike Chapter 61: Love on Thin Ice

My Lucky Strike Chapter 61 picks up right where the previous one ended. Awkward glances and rising tension between Jiho and Cheong. Jiho is puzzled by Cheong’s intense stare. He is unsure if it is suspicion, jealousy, or just…his casual resting judgment face. Cheong calls it a day after finishing that day’s work on the design project. But, in search of an opportunity, Jiho asks Siru if she wants to go out since the weather’s lovely. Siru, with her usual sweetness, insists Cheong should join too.
Enter the surprise outing–to one of the most unlikely places, an ice skating rink. Jiho tries to teach Siru how to skate in a rom-com style. But guess what? Surprise, surprise! She is already a pro. She sprints off, leaving Jiho a bit embarrassed. In the meantime, Cheong remains frozen at the entrance and is hesitant to join since he does not know how to skate. She patiently teaches him step by step, despite his initial shyness and his overwhelming teenage anxiety. Gradually, Cheong becomes relaxed and even starts enjoying himself, particularly when Siru smiles at him, obviously in a happier mood than she has been in days.
Siru and Cheong have their wholesome time on the ice rink, as Jiho lingers behind them, watching their interactions like a boy realizing his crush might be slipping away. The third wheel is feeling very third today. (Sad sigh!)

Siru’s Chill Day Turns Spicy

The situation becomes a little chaotic when a child crashes into Siru and Cheong. Siru almost falls, but Cheong quickly grabs her, steadying her. Their faces are way too close for comfort, and Cheong turns tomato red. Jiho sees this, and he is definitely not pleased with what he sees.
Later, the three have a break and sit down to have drinks and snacks. Siru excuses herself to the restroom, and that’s when Jiho decides to confront the situation head-on, confidently as usual. He casually but very directly asks Cheong why he was staring at him earlier. Cheong, being cool (or at least trying to be), just answers, “That is just how my eyes look.” But Jiho, being Jiho, does not leave it at that. He presses on, asking further with a very curious expression. Cheong answers back curtly, pointing out how Jiho and Siru looked close.

Then Jiho goes a step further. He asks Cheong, who is obviously not short in the good department and is anything but a loser. He asks why he and Siru are only friends. Is there something holding him back? Jiho frames in a very innocent curiosity context, but Cheong is not buying it. Annoyed and probably overwhelmed by this unexpected interrogation, Cheong suddenly stands up and leaves with a frown.
Jiho sits there wondering whether he has gone too far with Cheong. But what is more significant is that something strikes him. He finally realizes he is no longer the only guy who is interested in Siru anymore. That’s right. We have officially entered love triangle territory. My Lucky Strike Chapter 61 ends with icy skating, heated conversations, and a realization that things are no longer that simple between Jiho, Cheong, and Siru.
