With each chapter, Osora is turning out to be our favorite webtoon. While we root for Osora and Arias, the consequences of this risky relationship are lethal for both of them. And, that’s what Osora’s sister Celia expresses after getting to know about her brother’s secret relationship in Osora Chapter 51. Our protagonist has been stuck between duty and desire since day one, and we are yet to know how Arias views the future of their relationship. On the other hand, the guest of Calaveras Kingdom and Osora’s future wife, Princess Catalina is exploring her sexual orientation through literature and an adorable admiration for Princess Celia.
Osora Chapter 51: Not-So-Secret Anymore
Osora Chapter 51 begins with Princess Celia entering Osora’s room. Seeing Arias spooning Osora from the back, she drops the bread pudding and breakfast she brought for her brother. Osora jolts up and Celia’s eyes go straight to the hickeys around the couple’s neck and shoulder. The guard behind the door panics and asks what’s wrong, the prince quickly replies everything is fine. Upon asking what’s going on, Arias tries to handle the situation with a lie. He says, “We were just hanging out last night and I fell asleep in here.” (Who would buy that, Arias?) This makes Celia furious, “You must think I’m an idiot.” Osora grabs his sister’s wrist and begs her not to tell anyone. In response, she strictly says, “I’ll distract the guards. Get Arias out of here.”
Celia Is Worried | Osora Feels Stuck
Back in Celia’s chamber, she is reading when Osora enters after knocking, “That was called knocking. Maybe you can learn how to do it too.” Trying to break the tension, she comments on Osora’s turtleneck, “That’s just as suspicious as the bruises on your neck.” Osora asks if his sister has told someone about her recent discovery. Without playing, she makes it clear that she hasn’t and she will not. She further interrogates if Arias knows about Osora’s body, and he replies positively saying he will never disclose it to anyone. Showing her faith in their relationship, Celia says she knows Arias won’t open his mouth but that’s not her concern. (We are loving Celia’s queen energy!)
Controlling her anger, Celia warns him to be extra careful because there is the risk of pregnancy involved in such an intimate relationship. This makes Osora realize that he has never thought about it. She further warns him if anyone else finds out about this secret blooming relationship, the entire family would be at risk. Expressing her concern for Catalina’s feelings, Celia says she deserves better.
Hearing his sister’s words, Osora begins to open up saying he feels stuck and has been feeling this way for a long time. He suppresses his own desires and emotions but what he feels for Arias can’t be rationalized. He thinks about putting an end to it but never manages to do so. Celia encourages him saying she could never do what Osora has done for their family. Osora Chapter 51 ends with Celia asking Osora if he loves Arias.
What Happened So Far?
Osora and Arias are on their quest to learn more about their physical and emotional needs. In the previous chapter, Osora realizes that he has never felt this sense of safety with anyone else in life. Arias motivates him by letting him know that he is a strong individual and very worthy of being an heir. After learning about Osora’s reality, he doesn’t make a big deal of his sexuality but rather reassures him that he has feelings for Osora as a person. In the last chapter, the couple talks more about what they would do if they weren’t a major part of the kingdom. Arias expresses his desire to become a farmer. On the other hand, Osora has no clue about his desires, but a farm life with his lover sounds fun.
Back in Princess Celia’s chamber, she opens up to Princess Catalina about her and Osora’s childhood banters. Her brother loves bread pudding but only when Celia makes it, so she will make it for her brother and ask for an apology for hurting his feelings. The next morning she unlocks Osora’s door in her own way like they used to do during their childhood days and sees Arias spooning Osora.
