The Mafia Nanny Chapter 64: Raphael Knows the Culprit
The Mafia Nanny Chapter 64 begins with Gabriel about to meet his uncle, Raphael Angelini. The doctor stops him on his way and says it would be better to change into something hard because it can be a messy process. He didn’t pay much heed to her warning and entered the room. Amused by his timing, he asks for Gabriel’s help. He removes his shirt, well, maybe we need to add him to the list of the hottest manhwa male characters! All of this effort just for olive oil, well, if you have been following this mafia webtoon, you must be familiar with Raphael’s weird obsession with olives!
Following the olive drama, Gabriel asks, “I hope this wasn’t the only reason you requested my presence.” Knowing his place and power, Raphael scoffs at the word “request” and asks him not to sugar-coat his words. However, quite bluntly, “I whistled and you came running, that is the nature of our relationship.” Coming straight to the point, Gabriel asked why he was summoned. Turns out, Raphael has dug a lot deeper and obtained information about the Bratva chaos. The same person is behind the abduction and murder. Upon asking for the culprit’s name, Raphael says he needs information from Gabriel first.
Keep Mikey Away From This!
Raphael wants to know what Gabriel was doing in Verona. He lets him know that it was his mother – she wanted to see Mikey, as she doesn’t trust Gabriel’s parenting style. Sending chills down his body, his uncle proposes, we should start early with Mikey. “You must start him young before he develops any squeamishness.” Not falling for his uncle’s words, he clearly expresses, he is not ready to involve his son yet. “How he’s raised won’t matter if someone cuts him down before his time. Raphael asks him to take a look himself. The doctors drags a bruised but not dead, body inside the room. IT’S CASSIEL! So, Cassiel betryaed the Angelinis AGAIN but for whom?
In the next scene, the Wiz informs Gabriele that his ticket has been booked. But, he doesn’t just stop there, he tries to meddle with him saying he does more for the organizatio, unlike Gabriele. He was letting him go, but then the Wiz mentioned Davina Bonetti. He said someone helped her erase her past but whoever it is, they are not as good as him. Breaking his arrogance, Gabriel asks if he found something. The answer is a clear no. “Then your ‘skills’ aren’t as useful as you think.” The Wiz tries to blame him instead but before he could finish his words Gabriel picks him by his collar. “If there’s somethign suspicious, by all means let me know. But don’t waste my time.”
The Mafia Nanny Chapter 64 ends with Wiz thinking, Gabriel is not someone to let anyone get so close to his son. So, if Davina is hiding something about her past, it’s likely Gabriel already knows.
The Mafia Nanny Chapter 65: “We Have A Name”
Back in Lyon, while Mikey is sleeping with a duck (it’s a memory of his friend Louis), Davina, Nico, and Val are trying to find a trace of the culprit. The Mafia Nanny Chapter 65 shows their loyalty towards both Gabriel and Mikey. Davina is stressed about not getting access to Lavigne’s security camera and the satellite imagery. Meanwhile, Nico arrives and helps her out saying how about tracking Louis’s nanny Jo, the second hostage. Trying to reason the pattern, Davina cracks the code. They took Louis because Madame Lavigne has access to Mikey. If it’s about her son, she would leave no stone unturned. Pulling her ace card, Davina informed the Elite Nannies worlwide about Louis’s abduction.
On the other hand, Emeric is getting a earful from his senior for pulling the stunt. His senior warns him from taking any such step in the future becuase that would cost him more than he can imagine. Emeric opens his journal and says, “I’ll fall as far as it takes just so long as I get to the bottom.” Surprise, surprise, it’s a pciture of Gabriel’s wife and Mikey’s mother – Emmaline Angelini! (Who is Emeric? How does he know Emmaline?)
While, Mikey is looking at the leads to find Louis so far, Gabriel arrives. Curious, Mikey asks if uncle helped in anyway. The Mafia Nanny Chapter 65 ends with Gabriel informing Davina, “We have a name.”
