If you have been following Osora, you are aware that Arias and Osora have separated. The latter is scared about the consequences of his relationship on the royal family and the impact of it all on Arias. To push him away, Osora says a lot of harsh things, but Arias understands why he is escaping their bond. On the other hand, there is Osora’s fiancée, Catalina, who is feeling a sense of attraction towards his sister, Celia. So, despite knowing her attraction towards women, why is she ready to marry Osora? Osora Chapter 59 answers this question as the two of them have an honest conversation.
Osora Chapter 59: Catalina’s Confession

Osora Chapter 59 begins with Osora asking Catalina if the plant needs more water. Not being able to tell the name of the species, she decides to lend her plant identification book to Osora. As she is about to leave, Osora holds her hand, saying he’s been wanting to talk about something. He begins to apologize about he’s been a little cold with her throughout, whereas she just wants to make her happy. He continues, “I can’t promise that I’ll be as emotionally invested in this marriage as you seem to be, but I’m going to try harder.”Â
Shocked, Catalina sits beside her, asking if Osora really means that. However, he wanted to add more to his speech. Seeing the guards nearby, he leans towards her ear, making her blush, “I’m not a girl and I’ll never be one.” To reassure him, she also adds that she knows Celia told him about her liking girls. Upset, Osora asks if that’s the reason she likes him. However, for Catalina, it’s a bit hard to explain, nonetheless, she tries to open up.
Catalina opens up to Osora about her childhood sexual trauma and fear of men. She continues, “You didn’t look at me the way other men did.” Catalina praises his beauty and honestly confesses that one of the reasons she was more drawn towards him is because of her feminine features. She has always been afraid of marrying a man due to her trauma. So, having the opportunity to marry Osora was a relief for her, especially after she learned about Osora’s sexual orientation.
Catalina Kisses Osora

Catalina begins to apologize for her honest confession, but understanding her perspective, he hugs her and thanks her for being honest. Hugging him back, Catalina says, despite her attraction towards him due to his feminine features, she still sees her as a man. Osora blurts out, “But…What if I’m not really that [man] either?” (For the readers who are in a state of confusion, Osora is a non-binary character.) Immediately, slapping his forehead, he changes the conversation.
While Catalina is still speaking about how she is willing to wait for as long as it takes for Osora to grow feelings for her after their marriage, Osora is distracted by the eyelash on her cheek. He turns her towards him and gently touches her cheek. Catalina confuses this action, thinking he is about to kiss her. AND lo and behold, she kisses him, making him jump back.
While walking through the royal corridor, Osora is wondering about what just happened. His father and uncle greet him, and his father asks what it is all over his face. Poor Osora rubs his lips on his hand, and seeing the lipstick, runs towards a nearby guard bathroom. Osora Chapter 59 ends with Osora coming face-to-face with Arias.
What Happened So Far?
Other than the beautiful Calaveras characters, Osora webtoon also has a dungeon-like dark side to it, and that is the Sergos kingdom. Previously, Osora webtoon dealt with the backstory of side character Miko and how Apollo groomed Miko when he was just 15 years old. We also learned the Sergos kingdom is preparing in their own way to battle and ruin Osora’s wedding in the month of December. On the other hand, Arias and Osora are not even speaking to each other. And Celia can’t help but blame herself for how things turned out for her brother.
