Love 4 A Walk continues to remain one of the best romance webtoons lately. If you’ve been following the webtoon or us, you know how the tide finally settles in a little bit after their vacation. However, not long after that more issues such as Tyler’s mother and a supposed ex-girlfriend appeared. Love 4 A Walk Chapter 43: The Talk!
Love 4 A Walk Chapter 43 begins with Pam being confused yet certain that Olivia and Tyler are not just ‘old friends’. What if she is his ex-girlfriend? Pam doesn’t know how to start or approach this topic because Tyler never talks about his past in detail. She can’t help but admire how Olivia is a kind person but she wants to know more. (Clearly!) Taking her overthinking one step ahead, she remembers how Olivia was also wearing socks with sandals. (Apparently, that’s a very Tyler thing to do!) And now she can’t help but imagine how they perfectly match the bad boy and nerdy girl trope.
Pam can’t help it anymore and she wakes Tyler up with a polite ‘ahem-ahem’. The way she starts her interrogation in a VERY shy manner, gave Tyler the wrong impression. And, now he is on top of her saying, “Let’s do it.” (Now that’s what we call a ‘turn of events’!) Pam is wondering if they should be doing this but then what’s the harm? And as the moment gets a little more intense she says, “Who’s Olivia?!” And, as she mentions where they met, Tyler quickly checks up on Tequila and admits Olivia is his ex-girlfriend, concluding Love 4 A Walk Chapter 43.
Love 4 A Walk Chapter 44: Finally!
Love 4 A Walk Chapter 44 begins with Tyler asking Pam, if Olivia asked her who she is and to avoid any embarrassment, she lies and says she didn’t. He says he will get ready for work and asks her if she wants to go for a walk. While on the walk, amidst small talk, Pam wonders if he is upset and it would have been better if he was a bit more open. Suddenly, a dog named Thor attacks Bob and the whole situation gets scary. As Pam is about to pull Thor away from Bob, Tyler pushes her away with Tequila and takes control of the situation.
Tyler apologizes to Pam for pushing her but also warns her not to use her hands to separate dogs when they are fighting. Although he is yelling, his concern for her is transparent. She starts sobbing and he immediately realizes his tone is harsh. He apologizes for yelling and reassures her that he is just scared. While sobbing, she blabbers that she told Olivia, “So I told her that I’m your girlfriend now! Even if I’m not…” This catches Tyler’s attention and he asks her, “A-are you, not my girlfriend?” Confused, she says they never talked about this. This makes Tyler ask Pam if she wants to be his girlfriend with these two babies. Love 4 A Walk Chapter 44 ends on this adorable note.
What Happened So Far?
After quite a roller-coaster journey of rejecting and accepting emotions, Tyler finally realizes that it’s hard to breathe knowing Pam and him are not going to be close anymore. With a passionate hug and kiss, they manage to reconcile their loving relationship. However, seeming like an obstacle Tyler’s mom, Tiffany appears, and he introduces Pam as a neighbor. Following this arrival, we learn that Tyler and Tiffany definitely share a typical mother-son bond, rather quite the opposite. And, just like his ex, the reason (or one of the reasons) why they share this cold dynamic is because of a dog. (We are assuming something happened with Tequila in the past, but we will learn more as the story unfolds!)
Pam asked Tyler not to address her just as a neighbor because she didn’t want to feel insecure anymore. He opened up a little, mentioning that his mother is not a part of his life anymore and that talking about Pam would lead to a bad outcome. He just wants his mother to stay away from their life.
Just An ‘Old Friend’?
In Chapter 41, Ann arrives to know everything that happened between Pam and Tyler. Pam shares her worry regarding Tyler and his mother. Later, her mind started wondering about the ‘What-Are-We’ situation and she thought of three different plans. But, in the end, she would just wait for Tyler to ask her someday.
Well, things can’t be all rainbows and sunshine in a couple’s life, right? After Tequila’s paw got injured, Pam took her to the vet and the doctor recognized Princess Tequila. (What in the world!) She introduced herself as Dr. Olivia Silva. The injury was not much, but after seeing Olivia with a similar tattoo as Tyler, she wondered whether there was something between the two. However, this doubt cleared up fast. On one hand, Olivia said they were old friends, and on the other hand, Pam introduced herself as Tyler’s girlfriend.
