Love 4 A Walk Chapter 50 begins with Ann anxiously standing outside Bernard’s home. She is motivating herself, “C’mon Anna Maria, you can do it! Just smile and be cool! She’s just a teenager.” With trembling hands as she tries to unlock the door, a blonde girl clad in a purple shirt opens the door, asking who is out there. Seeing Ann, Camila introduces herself with a big smile on her face.
In the next scene, Camila offers Ann freshly baked cookies, making her feel warm and comfortable in this new situation. Bernard compliments her daughter saying she is good at cookie baking. He continues, “Camila was so nervous to meet you so she wanted to do something for you.” Shocked, Ann asks why she was nervous. Camila admits she was nervous because she wanted Ann to like her. With a high-pitched voice, Bernard’s girlfriend says she was feeling terrified because she wanted Camila to accept her. The teen replies, “You make my dad so happy, how would I not like you?” Astonished by her maturity, Ann says she is adorable, especially because of her father’s expression.
Tyler And Pam Are Excited to Meet Camila
Ignoring Bernard’s existence, Camila and Ann chat about themselves. Camila asks her to come closer, and seeing her makeup she compliments her look and asks if she will do it for her when she gets older. She happily replies, “Duh, I can be your personal stylist if you want.” Camila asks her father if they can bring some cookies for Tyler. He replies, Tyler is already at the bar waiting for them. Ann reveals Tyler has a girlfriend, Pam, who is also very excited to meet her.
At the bar, Pam is trying to accompany Tyler by helping him with his work. He asks her to rest until Camila arrives. Upon persisting, he gives her a few glasses to dry. She does the task within seconds, impressing him. Pam continues, “I’m trying to value the things I’m good at, even if they are simple.” She says she wants to do something that fulfills her and asks what is Tyler’s goal. He says he wants to be more creative, such as making original drinks like the mango cocktail he made specially for Pam. Excited, Pam suggests he should make a drink for Camila. They decide to make a drink inspired by Bobby. After discussing for a few minutes, Pam designs a delicious looking drink. Finally, using coffee, cinnamon, and non-alcoholic syrup, Tyler creates his new drink – The Bobby (Dalgona-Whipped Martini)!
Love 4 A Walk Chapter 50 ends with Ann, Bernard, and Camila walking towards the bar. Camila is uncontrollably sharing her funny incidents with her father. Before entering the bar, they hear Tyler laughing and bantering with Pam. This makes Camila question who is laughing so loudly. And, her father shares it’s only Tyler and this shocks her, making her think about the past.
What Happened So Far?
Pam believes this is a perfect chance for Ann to meet Bernard’s daughter. However, Ann is lost in her own imagination, envisioning herself as a villainous stepmother. After all, in the entire history of humankind, no stepmother has ever been truly adored.
Ann acknowledges motherhood doesn’t sit right with her. Besides, Bernard’s daughter is already a teenager who understands that she has a mother and doesn’t need Ann to fill that role. Since meeting her is inevitable, why not now? Plus, there’s no way she won’t like Ann—after all, Ann is incredible. Meanwhile, at the bar, Bernard pours his heart out to Tyler. “When I asked her to meet Camila, she turned pale and bolted from the apartment,” he laments. His biggest fear is that if Ann and Camila don’t get along, their relationship will be doomed. Unfortunately, Tyler is far from the ideal person for this discussion. As Bernard continues rambling about how he knew Ann was the one the moment he met her, Pam and Ann walk into the bar.
Ann immediately starts apologizing, admitting that she panicked but is now ready to meet Camila. Tyler, relieved by Pam’s timely arrival, attempts to draw parallels between Ann and Bernard’s situation and his own experience with Pam when they first met.
