The empire of the Holy Abelardo, ruled by Abelardo himself, believes Mabel to be the Seed of God- a messenger of God, given the gift of reincarnation and remarkably powerful capabilities. Fascinated by her long-awaited arrival, Abelardo continuously tries to take Mabel away from Ermaneau. To protect her, Mabel’s father abdicates the throne to her, making her Emperor of the largest empire at one year old. Angry with her situation, Mabel becomes determined to get herself dethroned. Let’s see how Baby Tyrant Chapter 25-32 unravels.
Baby Tyrant Chapter 25: The Demon of Devlin

Baby Tyrant Chapter 25 begins in an eery landscape with a burning building, a sign of conflict, in the distance. The Demon of Devlin finds himself in the wake of all the destruction, a sight all too familiar to him. His body, of a young child, is immortal. Subject to his lord’s control, the Demon refers to his immortal body as a curse. The only thing he knows in his meaningless life is his true name- Aidan. Desiring to break free of his empty existence, Aidan remembers the moment he saw Mabel. He had felt a momentary relief and clarity of thought. The Demon of Devlin resolves to find Mabel, so he can find peace with himself. He hopes she can give him death.
Meanwhile, at the royal palace, four months have passed. Mabel, now slightly older, has learned the real reason behind her coronation. Touched by her father’s willingness to abdicate the throne for her, Mabel begins to see him in a new light (although still acting aloof around him, much to his unhappiness).
In the chapter, Mabel presides at a council meeting where Duke Javier decides to rule in favor of the court in an embezzlement case, much to everyone’s annoyance. Having recently acquired a mine with the largest deposits of rare Power Crystals, the source of magic, Duke Javier rose in wealth- and in ego.
Baby Tyrant Chapter 25 concludes as Mabel decides to solve the power crystal shortage and put Duke Javier in his place.
Chapter 26: Mabel Understands the Owls

Baby Tyrant Chapter 26 begins as Mabel, plagued by the incessant hooting of owls at night, realizes she can understand them. Thoroughly shocked by the development, Mabel runs to her Guardian Deity. He explains that once her God-given powers blossom fully, she will be able to communicate with all living beings. Mabel decides to use her abilities to deal with Duke Javier.
Walking into Gustaf’s office one morning with a cheerful innocence, Mabel has a plan. She distracts Gustaf by spilling ink on all his important documents, yelling “Iss bwack water! Evwything’s bwack!” and uses the opportunity to stamp the royal seal on her own proposal (she secretly trained herself to write). As her father steps in, she hides her work. Surprised, her father hopes she might be here for him, but Mabel quickly bursts that bubble by saying, “I came to see Gushtaf!”
Baby Tyrant Chapter 26 concludes as Ravi walks in with Mabel’s plushie, earning her father’s undeserved wrath. Mabel manages to help Ravi escape by giving her father the plushie, who interprets it as a present from Mabel.
Baby Tyrant Chapter 27: Power Crystal Mines

Baby Tyrant Chapter 27 begins as Gustaf finds Mabel’s handwritten proposal to purchase the Southwestern Rogwool mines. Recognizing the possibility of Power Crystal deposits in the low-quality iron ore mine, Gustaf follows through with the acquisition. Surely enough, as the miners dig deeper, Power Crystals are found.
In the palace gardens, Mabel is informed of the success of her plan by a mole, who bartered a deal with Mabel to make the palace underground mole territory.
Overjoyed by the success of her plan, Mabel attends the next council meeting eager to see Duke Javier’s face. On the way, she meets Enrique, Javier’s son, whom Mabel adores. Snacking with him, she notices his red cheek. While Enrique brushes it off as a bug bite, Mabel recognizes it as a bruise from being hit. Later, in the meeting, Duke Javier changes his vote on the embezzlement case. However, Mabel becomes perplexed as he remains smiling throughout.
Shortly, Gustaf and Mabel’s father debate the mysterious proposal. Unable to figure out who sent it, Gustaf states that only two maids entered the office that day. Two maids… and Mabel. Baby Tyrant Chapter 27 concludes sweetly as Mabel’s father kisses her forehead as she sleeps and wishes her good night.
Chapter 28: Javier’s Marriage Proposal

Baby Tyrant Chapter 28 begins as a letter is sent by Duke Javier with Enrique’s formal request for Mabel’s hand in marriage. Mabel’s father merrily tears up the paper and uses it as kindling for a fire.
Calling it ‘utterly shameless’, rumors of the proposal spread all through the palace and royal society. Suddenly, young Mabel is being courted by nervous boys no older than ten. Upon receiving a rose from one suitor, Mabel says, “I dun need dat.” Declaring her love for ‘monie’ and ‘shiny goad’ (which she can use to pay rent and feed herself) over flowers (she cannot eat flowers), the boy runs away yelling “Mommy! Daddy! Her Majesty likes gold! She doesn’t like flowers!”
Troubled by this fact, Mabel’s father orders all the palace flowers to be burned.
Later, Oscar bids goodbye to Mabel as he takes a trip outside the palace gates. As she walks away looking for her Guardian Deity, now dubbed ‘Kit’, Mabel bumps into a young boy and falls down. Misunderstanding the situation as another proposal, Mabel’s father becomes enraged and declares, “From this moment on, irrespective of their house, all boys between the ages of 5 and 15 are forbidden from entering the palace!”
Chapter 28 concludes as Mabel worries that Oscar will be denied entry back home.
Baby Tyrant Chapter 29: Duchess Donovan

Baby Tyrant Chapter 29 begins as Mabel unsuccessfully attempts to tell her father that Oscar is outside the palace. As her father leaves, Mabel begins to plan. To make it to the palace gates on her own, she realizes she needs an escort. Reluctantly, she asks Lisandro for help.
In the meantime, Oscar arrives to meet Duchess Donovan. While they dine, she asks him about his training. “I’m doing my best,” Oscar says. “Your best isn’t good enough,” she tells him, coldly.
After lunch, Oscar departs immediately. Feeling sick in the carriage, Oscar mourns over his relationship with his mother. Since he was no longer heir to the throne, Oscar believed she would change. However, she’d been the same strict teacher as before.
Suddenly stopped at the palace gates, Oscar is informed of his father’s new rule. While debating with the guards to let him enter, he suddenly hears someone cry, “Oshcar!” Oscar sees Mabel, accompanied by Lisandro, toddle toward him. Mabel asks Oscar to take her hand, saying “Less go in togeder” Baby Tyrant Chapter 29 concludes with the palace guards blocking Mabel’s entry.
Chapter 30: Mabel’s New Guards

Baby Tyrant Chapter 30 begins with the guard asking Mabel to wait for her father’s permission. To this, Mabel furiously asserts, “Why shood I wait? I’m da Empwuh!” Hesitantly, the guards allow her, along with Oscar, to enter.
Oscar asks Mabel how she accepted Lisandro’s escort. “Iss none of your biznesh!” Mabel says, stomping away upon which Lisandro starts uncontrollably laughing. In a flashback, Lisandro asks Mabel for her dessert in return for his help. Angrily Mabel feeds a surprised Lisandro with her fork, saying “Hewe! Eat it!” (Here! Eat it!)
After the incident, Mabel finds Lisandro gone (on probation for behaving riskily with Mabel) and replaced by two knights. Accompanying her everywhere, Mabel finds her freedom curtailed. Astonished, she realizes she misses Lisandro.
On one of her palace strolls, Mabel runs into Duke Javier. Noticing Mabel’s guards, Javier comments, “It appears we have a couple of Emperor Estevan’s dogs here.” Duke Javier assumes Mabel doesn’t understand his words and mocks her. Chapter 30 concludes as Mabel asks Duke Javier if he is ‘stoopid’.
Baby Tyrant Chapter 31: Ambushed!

Baby Tyrant Chapter 31 begins as Duke Javier delicately discusses Enrique’s proposal with Mabel. He asks her if she would like to play with him, read with him, eat with him… and live with him every day. Suddenly, before anything else happens, a purple flash strikes the ground near Mabel. An ambush! Narrowly missing him, an arrow grazes Duke Javier’s cheek.
Scared of another death and wasting her second chance at life, Mabel becomes determined to survive. She wills a swarm of wasps to fight for her. Mabel’s father runs to her defense, terrifying many enemy soldiers with his reputation as an excellent swordmaster. As imperial soldiers chase the fleeing ambushers, Mabel slowly loses consciousness in her father’s arms.
As Mabel remains in deep sleep, for three days, her father and Oscar become increasingly enraged, threatening to kill the poor physician if he is unable to cure her. Gustaf reports that those in charge of keeping the palace’s magical border in place disappeared. Mabel’s father traces the defected soldiers’ devious bribery and the attack’s perfect timing to Veron Devlica. Chapter 31 of Baby Tyrant concludes with Mabel stirring and opening her eyes, in the middle of Estevan and Oscar’s rage, murmuring “Yur too loud.”
Chapter 32: Arrival of the Demon

Baby Tyrant Chapter 32 begins as Oscar and Estevan rush to Mabel’s side as she wakes up from her three-day-long nap. Having no idea that she slept for so long, Mabel thinks “Why do they look like they’re about to cry?!”
After recovering, Mabel went to see Kit, her Guardian Deity. Kit informed her that the wasps she’d summoned on the day of her attack followed the ambushers. The wasps watched them enter Duke Javier’s manor. Mabel becomes furious and decides to take revenge.
Thinking about how they had rushed to her aid, Mabel begins to soften towards her father and brother. But even with the comfort of their protection, Mabel becomes determined to hold her own in times of danger. She decides to practice. Outside in the snowy field, Mabel helps feed hungry animals by sprouting grass.
Suddenly Mabel hears people shouting from the palace. They are under attack again, but this time it’s from the Demon of Devlin. Rushed to the safety of her bedroom, Mabel’s nanny assures her that she’s safe. She tells Mabel that Estevan will easily be able to defeat the Demon. Mabel is worried thinking, “Could he actually end up dead this time?”
Meanwhile, Estevan confronts the Demon. Estevan asks the Demon why he’d annihilated his own troops to which the Demon replies, “Because they’d be in the way.” Baby Tyrant Chapter 32 ends as Estevan tells him to state his purpose, and the Demon of Devlin says, “Your daughter, the Emperor.”
